The Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau in Alabama has launched a new app for mobile devices called IN Guide. It suggests more than 270 local spots nominated by Birmingham area residents.
Less than a month into its release, the app has 14,000 downloads and a five-star rating in the App Store, according to the CVB. One of the app’s features is the Invent-A-Day option, where a shake of the phone gives suggestions for restaurants and attractions to visit that day. Details/download HERE.
