Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) are collaborating on a new education and training curriculum that should be available sometime next year.

The new senior-level education, being drawn from MPI’s Certificate in Meetings Management and GBTA’s Strategic Meetings Management Certification, will be available to all MPI and GBTA members.

MPI has more than 21,000 members representing 84 countries. GBTA has 5,000-plus members who manage more than $340 billion of global business travel and meetings expenditures annually.
