The first dual-branded hotel in Georgia, the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, has opened in Midtown Atlanta.
The 12-story hotel features 136 Hilton Garden Inn rooms and suites, and 92 Homewood studio and one-bedroom suites on 10th Street near the I-85/I-75 Downtown Connector. Together, they have five meeting rooms with more than 3,500 square feet of flexible space.
The hotel is within a two-mile radius of the Coca-Cola Co., Georgia Tech and Turner Broadcasting, and not far from such downtown attractions as the Georgia World Congress Center, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, Philips Arena and more.
The dual hotel splits its lobby with separate check-in desks and lodging/dining areas. Hilton Garden Inn has a 24/7 business center and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Homewood Suites has complimentary Internet, fully equipped kitchens, a complimentary grocery shopping service, a fitness center, a pool and sports courts.
