The Benjamin hotel in Midtown Manhattan finished a three-year, $10 million update that included renovations to all 209 guest rooms/suites, a new bar and lobby, dining rooms, kitchenettes and a refresh of its five meeting rooms.
The Andaz Wall Street expanded its concourse level when repairing damage from Hurricane Sandy. It added 3,000 square feet of event space (for a total of 7,000 square feet). Its 4,700-sq. ft. gallery can now be subdivided into four spaces with a a kitchen for pre-function gatherings; and three new event spaces range from 740 to 1,900 square feet.
