Job Description: The PYM Program Coordinator is a sales support position with deep roots in customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming partners into the PYM Program, explaining benefits, and scheduling and tracking fulfillment and ROI for the multiple marketing channels Plan Your Meetings offers its partners online, in print, digitally, at live events and through social media. The coordinator works closely with the creative department, live events team and the Director of Business Development to coordinate and track fulfillment and partner satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Expertise: Candidate should possess strong customer service skills, truly care about helping people, be interested in nurturing business relationships, develop a firm understanding of our product, and have strong written and verbal communication skills to be effective in this position. If you won’t be satisfied being an order-taker, like to figure things out and aren’t afraid of picking up the telephone or talking with people face-to-face, then this entry-level customer service position could grow into a pivotal sales or marketing role within our company. Comfort with technology and social media is a definite plus. Independent thinking, belief in personal accountability and initiative a must. Data entry will be required on Filemaker and WordPress platforms, so experience with those is a definite advantage.

We are always seeking people experienced in telephone sales, subscriber retention, and management. This person will make calls in order to confirm contact information, invite planners to events, and solicit attendees for our live events.
The ideal candidate we seek must have successful telephone selling or telemarketing experience and must live in the Atlanta area. The company will supply all necessary business tools. The individual must have excellent computer skills and experience with a contact database such as Filemaker. The candidate must have excellent written and oral skills. College degree is a plus, but not required. Only qualified candidates need apply.
Minimum of one/two years of successful professional work experience in the field of sales or telemarketing or management; Have strong work ethic; Be able to demonstrate verbal phone skills and written skills; Demonstrate a high level of comfort in working in a collaborative team environment.
