The desire to network and make new connections is the No. 1 reason why people want to meet face-to-face. At PYM LIVE, we connect attendees and our exhibiting partners through a networking-centric conference app, interactive education and — most importantly — during the speed meetings that serve as our version of a trade show.
When you register, we let you tell us who you’re most interested in meeting and make sure you see them first. You also can request to be connected with sales reps before the show if you want more than a few minutes to speak with them. In this industry, however, you never know who you’ll need this year or next month, so we do build in time for you to meet everyone.
In cities where we’re playing with Beacon technology (to deliver targeted messages based on where you are in the room), we assign our exhibiting partners to a table and the planners rotate. When we’re not beta-testing that tech, the planners stay seated and our exhibiting partners rotate. Want to know more about what we’re beta-testing and experimenting with? Read this Innovation Guide to our 2014 events.
And last, but not least, before you get on-site, read this know before you go guide.

Prior to attending, be sure to download the free Topi app for your mobile device by following the links below. That will allow you to access our digital show guide, speaker and exhibitor info and introduce you to the most intelligently designed way we’ve seen to help attendees network with each other onsite. (Plus, you’ll be able to access the magic of augmented reality from the app itself and see how that technology can enhance your events.) To download our free Topi conference app, please follow the appropriate link below.
After you register, we’ll send you a special code and instructions to activate the event so you can get a jump on networking prior to the show. Download the version for your phone and then read this get-started guide.

I wanted to let you know that Denise Vajdak and I were so excited about all the innovations we learned in Austin last week that we are going to share the info with the rest of our IAAP chapter at a special Lunch Express meeting. We have already implemented a couple! We are going to encourage everyone to attend the upcoming San Antonio event. —
