In San Francisco, the Grand Hyatt San Francisco and The Westin St. Francis have become partners in the new Union Square Alliance, a collaboration that provides guest rooms and meeting space for groups seeking a convenient, iconic San Francisco convention experience.
The Alliance specifically targets medium-sized groups.
The two hotels are a block apart and border the city’s famous Union Square, a hub for shopping, lodging, dining and theater.
The Grand Hyatt, a AAA Four Diamond Hotel, has 631 guest rooms, 29 suites, 27,000 square feet of flexible function space, a 36th-floor event space with 360-degree views of the city and San Francisco’s only conference theater.
The century-old Westin St. Francis, a Green Choice hotel, has 1,147 guest rooms, 48 suites and more than 56,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space (capacity: 1,500).
