The Accepted Practices Exchange (APEX), an initiative of the non-profit Convention Industry Council (CIC), launched a new Web site as an extension to its sister site. New and enhanced features include an events calendar, planner/organizer, glossary, guides, supplier testimonials and more. Planners also may find a collection of industry best practices on a variety of topics, ranging from contract language to RFPs in the online APEX toolbox.
