With the third IMEX America only three months away, organizers are spilling more and more details about the trade show’s specifics.
The free educational event is being organized in partnership with ASAE, PCMA and ICCA. It takes place on “Smart Monday,” Oct. 14 — the day before the three-day trade show begins. Registration is now open. Participants can attend as part of the show’s hosted buyer program (subject to qualifying criteria) or as a buyer attendee. Register HERE.
The day begins with a networking lunch and keynote address by former Yahoo! executive Tim Sanders. Attendees will then choose one tracked session — executive, global or meetings — and dig in. The sessions:
- Executive (from ASAE): “Culture Change: Channeling Your Resources for Greater ROI.”
- Global (ICCA): Two “wisdom-of-crowds” round-tables on the themes “International Meetings Are From Mars, Domestic Meetings Are From Venus” and “Going Global: Dangers, Risks, Problems, Challenges and Other Worries That Keep You Up at Night.”
- Meetings (PCMA): “3 Key Steps to Personalize Your Attendees’ Experience.”
Later, delegates can choose from among more than eight round-table discussions covering all three tracks. An evening reception begins at 6 p.m.
