The 194-room Hyatt Regency Suites/Palm Springs completed a top-to-bottom renovation that included the addition of new meeting rooms. The property now has more than 12,000 square feet of event space for groups of up to 275.

The Sonesta Hotel Orlando Downtown completed a $10 million renovation of its 341 guest rooms. The hotel offers wireless high speed Internet and has 20,000 square feet of meeting space for groups of up to 500.
The Westin Lake Mary/Orlando North opened with 253 guest rooms and 14,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort on the island of Kauai completed a multi-million dollar renovation of its 121 guest rooms and 620 square feet of meeting space.
The AAA Four Diamond Eaglewood Resort and Spa became Green Seal Certified. The property has 295 rooms and suites, an 18-hole championship golf course and 38,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
The 1,220-room Sheraton Boston unveiled 7,000 square feet of eco-friendly meeting space, including two break areas, a lounge with wireless Internet access and office supplies made from recycled materials.
The 3,460-room Caesars Palace in Las Vegas opened an additional 110,000 square feet of meeting space, bringing its total event space to 300,000 square feet. Amenities include two 52,000-sq. ft. ballrooms, several new meeting rooms and an outdoor terrace area.
The Albuquerque Grand Airport Hotel is expected to complete a $6.5 million renovation of its 276 rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space later this year. The hotel will reopen as the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel.
The 85-room Wingate Inn completed a $1.1 million renovation of its guest rooms. The hotel has 915 square feet of meeting space.
The 121-room Hampton Inn I-95 completed a $75,000 renovation. Amenities include 483 square feet of meeting space and flat screen TVs in every room.
The Embassy Suites/Columbus-Airport opened with 198 rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa opened with 1,002 guest rooms and more than 140,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The resort also has a fitness center, a 26,000-sq. ft. spa, a six-acre water park, seven restaurant and lounge options and two 18-hole golf courses.
The eco-friendly Amee Farm opened in Pittsfield with 12 rooms and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie completed a renovation of its 89 guest rooms. The property has five meeting rooms, including a 2,052-sq. ft. ballroom, that accommodates up to 180 people.
