The former Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk has been rebranded as the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center, Jacksonville Riverwalk. It has 323 guest rooms and 35,000 square feet of event space, including a 10,000-sq. ft grand ballroom.
The Hyatt Centric South Beach opened in Miami with 105 guest rooms, a second-floor boardroom and 700 square feet of meeting space.

A $27 million renovation of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel’s 560 rooms/suites and lobby is complete. Renovations have begun on the hotel’s new third-floor ballroom and rooftop bar & lounge.
