Don’t get taken in by the myths about multigenerational meetings. These tips will help you plan business events with ease.

As a future business traveler, it’s always interesting to hear what I’ll appreciate in the next few years. Guestroom 2010, an exhibit at the HITEC show, depicted a “futuristic” hotel room that looked more like a bleak hospital ward. Seriously? That’s what two years from now will look like? Instead of Hotel 2010, it should be called Hotel 1985, because it looks more like a trip back in time with its light-up bed and tiled wall.
Shakespeare wrote, “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” But that doesn’t explain why there are so many different names for the generation born between 1980-1995 (or 1977-2000, depending on your source).
